The property is stunningly beautiful and offers a great location by a tunnel. the rooms are nice size and come with extra coffee or beers. the bed is king size and very comfortable. the breakfast is reasonable for vegetarians,

A nice size, huge rooms with a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. Reasonable breakfasts for vegetarians. Best possible location, within short walking distance to everywhere.

Not so good staff!

A double room was spotless and impressive with a view. The breakfast was reasonable and lovely, for vegetarians and the staff was incredible.

I recently stayed at Grand Park Royal in Cozumel for a quick sleepover during a long journey. Despite the short duration, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. 

Excellent value for an all-inclusive resort with great nightly shows and attentive staff. Bartender at the adult pool is hardworking and friendly. Prompt assistance with any issues. Highly recommended and will return. 

Beautifully designed hotel area. I find the tunnel from the hotel / pool area to the beach very good. So you don't have to cross a street.

The pure beach section is a bit small. In addition, the view of the sea is blocked by the cruise ships anchored in the foreground.

Our time at Park Royal Cozumel was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find the activities that we wanted to participate in. We enjoyed the food on the buffet for all
